Lean Transformation Lead & CORE Practitioner

Collins Aerospace in Mexicali is looking for an experienced professional to train site CORE pilots and management in lean methodologies and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, coaching employees, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for CORE training materials.

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with extensive experience is required. Proficiency in English and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing are essential for this role.
