Lean Production Engineer – Drive Efficiency, OEE & Quality

Axalta in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a qualified Production Engineer to oversee and improve production processes, applying LEAN tools for maximum efficiency. This role requires an engineering background and strong attention to detail, with the ability to optimize production flows and ensure safety and quality.

You will lead maintenance, implement OEE, 5S and VSM, train line workers, and drive continuous improvement projects to boost productivity while controlling costs.
