Lean Manager – Diamond Manufacturing
Location: Coimbatore;
Reports to: Plant Head
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
7-10 years of experience in a discreet manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a Lean or
Continuous Improvement role.
Diamond cutting or related high-precision manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong expertise in Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) and familiarity with
Six Sigma tools.
Experience in implementing digital manufacturing solutions (e.g., ERP, MES, IoT, automation).
