Responsibilities:
Lead Kaizen events, process improvement projects, and value stream initiatives that drive measurable business results.Partner with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to identify and eliminate waste throughout the organization.Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement best practices.Analyze operational performance data and use Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.Facilitate cross-functional teams and effectively communicate project goals, progress, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.Develop and sustain standard work, visual management systems, and process documentation using Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems.Serve as a champion for continuous improvement by promoting a cultu...
