Lean Coordinator (Agua Prieta)

Responsible to provides leadership / mentoring / training to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of Lean methodology and tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Design for Lean, VM/DM, A3), that helps maximize and improve the resources we have and is a strategic part of increasing our gross margin through improvements to our site.Essential job functionsCoordinate and support Corporate Lean Programs & Policies on Site.Prepare Lean Deployment across the site, & Events planning, targets based on Business current opportunities through all levels of the Organization.Deliver training in the PPI Business System such as lean leadership.Must meet all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements applicable to projects and processes developed.Engage and inspire across departments through improvements.Value stream mapping, kaizen, daily management, waste and variation elimination, material flow, standard work, cellular flow, SMED, 5S, visual management, lean sourcing, lean office, bu...
