The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Lean Consultant who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll support Raybuilt, Parts Distribution and Micro-logistics while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. We value innovative and creative ideas—yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). What You’ll Be Doing:
* Follow the Raymond Lean Management & Toyota Lean Management roadmap to influence business units to implement 5S, standard work, visual management, Just in Time, Jidoka and KPI Management.
* Build trust with leaders to facilitate a continuous improvement culture (Kaizen)
* Prepares and lead process discovery – process or value stream mapping – with key stakeholders to identify curre...
