We’re looking for a Leading Hand to join our South Urban branch in Auckland. You’ll help lead day‑to‑day civil maintenance and construction work across public and private infrastructure, from road repairs and pavement works to drainage and asset maintenance. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes that keep Auckland moving.

You’ll work at the frontline, supporting the delivery of civil maintenance and construction activities across Fulton Hogan’s South Urban branch in Auckland. You’ll help manage daily workflow on site, operate machinery, guide field crews, and step into the Supervisor role when needed. The work is varied and hands‑on, covering everything from pavement repairs and roading maintenance to drainage, asset renewals, and emergency response.
