Are you ready to take your career up a gear? We have a vacancy for a full-time Leading Driver for Oxford at Stagecoach West.

What will the role entail?
Work effectively within the Operations team to support daily bus services
Foster cooperation between Traffic, Engineering and other depots
Open and secure the depot at the start and end of duties
Oversee vehicle allocation and daily run-out services
Ensure cost-effective duty coverage using systems such as Grampian and EP Morris
Monitor service performance and address early/late running
Undertake drug and alcohol tests as required
Respond to operational issues and assist with customer complaints
Undertake driving duties and assist with administration as needed
