Cognition Learning Group in Auckland is seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver bespoke Leadership and Management development programmes for diverse cohorts, blending delivery, coaching and assessment, both in-person and virtually.

You will work with clients to create interventions that engage leaders, drive behavioural development, and meet organisational goals. A background in Leadership/Management and psychology, plus coaching accreditation, is highly valued.
