• Lead STA for Trims commodity, driving gate readiness, priority alignment, and decision-making to ensure timely sample delivery across all stages and achieve SOP capacity aligned to mature business volumes.• Own end-to-end technical and quality outcomes for all NPD developments and continuous improvement of CPE projects.• Drive supplier audits and technical capability assessments; guide teams on process robustness and sign off FTG deployment aligned to business volumes, enabling clear RFQ inputs for commercial alignment with suppliers.• Define and standardize STA methods, frameworks, and best practices for part development and FTG readiness.• Ensure adherence to APQP, E-PPAP, and per-day capacity planning in line with mature volumes across commodities.• Drive strong stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration to deliver first-time-right quality in part development.• Ap...
