Lead: Tolerance Analysis Engineer eAxle

Job Description:Own and define the overall tolerance concept for complete eAxle systems (geartrain, differential, bearings, shafts, housings, e-motor interfaces).Lead 3D tolerance stack-up analyses (nominal, worst-case, statistical/Monte-Carlo).Act as tolerance decision authority for functional gaps, bearing preload, gear meshing, alignment, and NVH-critical characteristics.Define GD&T strategies aligned to functional intent, manufacturing capability, and cost targets.Review, approve, and govern 2D drawings and 3D PMI as per ISO GPS / ASME Y14.5.Drive standardization of datums, tolerance schemas, and best practices across projects.Partner with Design, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Development, and Purchasing.Contribute to DRBFM, Design Reviews, DfR, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and CCB discussions.Represent tolerance engineering in technical deep dives with OEMs and global stakeholders (India, Germany, China).Enable localization, second-source, and cost-red...
