Lead Toddler Teacher: Inspire Curiosity & Growth

Rototuna Early Education Centre seeks a permanent, full-time Lead Teacher for the Toddler room, aged 18 months to 3 years. The role focuses on leading a busy team, fostering curiosity, independence and confidence in tamariki while guiding planning, assessment and curriculum design.

You will mentor staff, strengthen family partnerships, and contribute to centre-wide improvement using Te Whāriki as a guiding framework.
