Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in the area of Independence, MO and We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Therapist to provide both clinical leadership and direct patient care within our behavioral health programs. This role serves as a key member of the treatment team, supporting therapists, ensuring quality of care, and helping guide program development and clinical best practices. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician with leadership ability who is passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral health services. You will report to the Director of Clinical. The name Three Trails was selected to honor the historical significance of the city of Independence as the starting point for the Santa Fe, Oregon and California Trails.
