**Lead Technician**

**What The Role Is**
Reporting to the Wind Site Manager, the Lead Technician will contribution to the day to day operations of the Sleeping Bear wind site, by participating in and monitor the performance of wind turbine mechanical, hydraulic, and electric component maintenance and sub-station activities. The primary objective of this position is to maintain safe, effective, efficient, and profitable wind turbine operations.

+ Monitor, abide by and enforce safe work practices as they relate to wind plants, wind plant personnel, wind turbine repairs, maintenance, and balance of plant activities
