This role involves client-facing projects and BAU support, including 4th line support for Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, and Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. The position is office-based. The ideal candidate will have a background in Infrastructure and Product Implementation, with the ability to mentor a team and act as a technical escalation point.
