Lead Talent Acquisition to drive front‑office investment recruiting across North America. Based in Toronto and reporting to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for front‑office and investment‑related roles from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Provide real‑time market intelligence on talent pools, competitor activity, and compensation dynamics.
• Conduct proactive market mapping and direct sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Design and execute targeted talent‑mapping strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill investment roles.
