Lead Systematic Crypto Trading Desk

AAA Global in the UAE is seeking an experienced systematic crypto trader to lead a new trading desk within a major financial services group. You will build and scale the crypto trading business from the ground up, backed by substantial funding and a long-term mandate.

You will own research, strategy development, execution, risk management and reporting across the full trading lifecycle, collaborating closely with technologists and operations to deliver measurable performance.
