Job Description

Position Purpose  
The Lead Stores (Site) is responsible for efficient and cost effective management of domestic supply chain and logistics. The role also entails monitoring of RM, PM & FG stores. 
Strategic Responsibilities   
Implement cost effective practices in warehouse and logistics management 
Implement best practices of supply chain management 
Ensure effective management of inventory 
Approve supplier selection through robust qualification processes 
Develop and execute roadmap to improve domestic logistics framework at site 
Operational Responsibilities   
 Inventory and Stores Management  
Define inventory levels of engineering and general items and avoid stock out position 
Minimize Inventory carrying cost by ensuring timely disposal of off-spec RM and PM
