Lead Software Engineer, AI Platform

Lead software engineering for Grab's AI Platform — the infrastructure and services powering machine learning, LLMs, and data systems across Grab's super app ecosystem. Work at the intersection of engineering leadership and AI infrastructure at massive Southeast Asian scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI platform components powering ML/LLM workloads across Grab
• Architect scalable AI infrastructure used by 270M+ users across 8 countries
• Mentor engineers and drive technical direction for the AI Platform team
• Build Go and Python services integrating with AWS infrastructure and Next.js tooling
• Collaborate with ML, data, and product teams to deliver reliable AI features at scale
• Contribute to Grab's open-source projects and engineering community
