Lead Site Commercial Manager (QS) – UAE Construction

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager – QS for a major UAE construction project located in Dubai. The role is on-site and requires 15+ years in GCC construction, including 5+ years as Commercial Manager, with strong FIDIC and contract-management skills.

You will lead all site commercial activities, manage budgets and cash flow, monitor risks, and coordinate with PMs, planning, procurement, and client teams to ensure timely valuations and final accounts.
