Job Description
Generic Accountability
- Having good understanding of Siebel UCM/CRM data model and providing technical solutions on business requirements and issues related to data migration and data loading.
- Performing day‑to‑day operational & maintenance support functions within the Siebel application, including issue troubleshooting, ticket resolution, providing business clarification and batch data load monitoring.
- Communicating, escalating and resolving problem ticket issues as appropriate while working with users and stakeholders to resolve incidents based on severity.
- Working within ITIL processes for Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
Specific Accountability
- Hands‑on development experience in Siebel EIM, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting and Siebel Configuration & ETL tools.
