**Job Description Summary**
Team Lead Mechanical Maintenance is responsible for managing all aspects of Mechanical Maintenance of complete plant through Contractor’s Staff and/or Customer’s Workforce to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.

+ Experience in Operation Management and Production ControlTo provide leadership to the maintenance team (Mechanical) in the day to day maintenance activities.
+ All on site mechanical, repairs and inspection-related service activities able to be performed at customer site. Includes onsite machining, NDT, critical welding.
+ To develop, supervise and co-ordinate plant maintenance activities.
+ To plan and inspect the completed work on plant equipment.
+ To maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
