Lead / Senior / Manager (Financial Control & Reporting)

You will provide professional financial advice and analysis on financial matters relating to Financial Control and Reporting, Statutory Board Budget and Grant Management, so as to maintain the high standards of resource management and governance of the Ministry. You will be working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

• Manage business transactions (e.g. fees & charges, receipts, fixed assets, advance/deposit accounts) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Instructions Manual and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial proposals from Divisions to ensure proper governance and compliance (e.g. write‑offs, fees below Cost Recovery Ratio, revenue waivers).
• Compile, review and submit statutory returns to MOF, AGD and senior management as Accounting Officer.
