**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Architect responsible for defining, governing, and evolving enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This role provides architectural and technical leadership to design and implement secure, scalable, and automated identity solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments for both human and non-human identities.

+ Own the end-to-end architecture for enterprise IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and integration capabilities.
