Become a Lead Sea Kayak Guide, navigating breathtaking waters with small groups and wildlife enthusiasts. This role centers on leadership, kayaking tours, and wilderness immersion in stunning natural settings.
As a Lead Sea Kayak Guide, you will lead 2-5 day basecamp tours and shorter segments with an absolute maximum of six guests per guide. Providing fun and safety is key, as most guests are newcomers to kayaking and eager to explore marine life. Your responsibilities also include storefront customer service and assisting other guides to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multi-day kayaking tours and short trips
• Provide customer assistance and manage storefront tasks
• Organize gear and maintain cleanliness between tours
• Assist in camping logistics and cleanup operations
• Collaborate with other guides during longer trips
