As a Senior Scientist, you will spearhead initiatives that shape the future of the nELISA platform. Utilize your expertise in assay optimization, automation, and QC to drive technical solutions that enhance scalability and reliability in manufacturing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define technical roadmap for manufacturing development
• Develop structured plans from ambiguous assay requirements
• Implement QC strategies for process consistency
• Foster collaboration with R&D and Operations teams
• Analyze complex datasets to inform process improvements
Requirements:
• PhD or Master’s in relevant field with 5+ years of experience
• Strong background in immunoassay methods and kit development
