Lead SCADA Engineer/PM - Offshore Wind

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead SCADA Engineer/Project Manager to join one of our largest clients, Dominion Energy. This person will lead and manage all SCADA and communication system engineering activities for the CVOW offshore wind farm—including design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, documentation, and operational readiness. This will require the ability to travel between Richmond VA to Dominion HQ as well as Norfolk for the onshore operations of this project.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead SCADA system commissioning for a major, multi‑asset offshore wind project.
- Act as technical expert for SCADA, controls, communications, and project networks.
- Coordinate between engineers, project managers, stakeholders, and equipment suppliers.
- Frequently on-site to manage installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of:
