Lead SAP SuccessFactors Data Design & Migration

Ncs is seeking a Senior Data Design Lead to oversee the end-to-end data design and migration strategy for SAP SuccessFactors implementations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and proven expertise in data migration projects, particularly in transforming SAP ECC HCM data into the SuccessFactors model.

You will lead critical data mapping processes, develop migration strategies, collaborate with various teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes while adhering to compliance requirements.
