Lead Sales Engineer - Energy Transition

Eaton’s North American Sales Division is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer to join our team. This role will be based in Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or San Antonio, TX. This role will focus on Energy Transition solutions, including EV Charging Infrastructure, Solar, Wind, Battery Storage, Microgrids, and Digital Software solutions. In this role, you will develop and execute sales plans, quote projects, negotiate pricing, and deliver sales presentations that strengthen product understanding. You will also build strong relationships with key customers and adapt to changing market and delivery requirements.
