About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Sales Engineer to drive business growth across the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) segments. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, consultative selling capabilities, and customer engagement skills to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and deliver tailored energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development activities for C&I Solar and BESS solutions.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Act as a technical consultant throughout the sales cycle, providing solution recommendations and system-level guidance.
Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers, EPCs, consultants, industrial customers, and channel partners.
