Summary About the Position: The Watervliet Arsenal is an Army-owned & operated manufacturing center located in NY. Responsibilities Provides expert guidance of a financial nature and coordinates with higher headquarters regarding direct and reimbursable funds. Receives reviews, records, processes, and monitors reimbursable/direct cite customer order execution to ensure program funds are not misappropriated. Reviews changes and provides interpretation of regulatory guidance pertaining to the direct and reimbursable program management and acts to facilitate operational and policy changes. Coordinates financial functions/activities to ensure that urgent supply requirements are not delayed due to financial restraints.
