Lead Research Engineer II, Tech-Biz

The Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (ISCE2) was established by A*STAR in 2022 to support Singapore’s decarbonisation and sustainability goals through strong international partnerships with industry, public agencies, and academia. ISCE2 is located at Jurong Island.

The Senior Manager / Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director will manage the accounts of specialty chemicals R&D collaborations with industry partners, to ensure integration of innovation and translational R&D outcomes to enhance Singapore’s attractiveness as a global Energy & Chemicals (E&C) node. This role will bring projects into fruition across the entire technology–business development lifecycle, from intellectual property (IP) proliferation in product development to successful scale‑up of new and improved technology commercialization in the market.
