Job Description
**Must reside within a 20 mile radius of Greenville, SC.**
**Schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM with 1x a month Saturday rotation to include 8:30am-5pm shift week.**
**Position Purpose:**
The Lead Rental Technician (LRT) is a skilled technician, adept at performing a full range of equipment repairs on light construction equipment (skid steers, chippers, trenchers, mini-excavators, etc.) in a group of The Home Depot stores or customer job sites in the vicinity. This position reports directly to the next-level manager for their region.

+ 10% Communication - Communicates clearly with teammates including store associates, technicians, and customers in both verbal and written communications.
