Lead Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Contract Leadership

Woh Hup Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing cost and contractual issues on the Main Contract and Sub-contracts. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in tendering and estimating, and should have completed a minimum of 2 projects worth RM100 million.

This role involves preparing claims, managing budgets, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure project efficiency. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is mandatory.
