Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to guide and coach a QA & Test team within an agile environment, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex manufacturing systems.
You will design and execute functional, non-functional, integration, and regression test cases, analyse results, manage defects, and communicate quality risks. A key focus will be driving test automation and continuously improving testing processes.
The ideal candidate brings prior experience as a QA Lead and has a strong understanding of agile development methodologies. They combine a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see both the finer technical aspects and the broader system impact.
You have hands-on experience in test automation, with strong expertise in Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework, and are comfortable leading quality initiatives while remaining technically involved.
