The Business Program Management Lead designs, implements, and oversees governance frameworks to ensure strategic priorities and annual goals are executed effectively across departments. This role leads program planning and monitoring, establishes operational structures for consistent execution, and ensures priority initiatives receive focus and resources. The Lead oversees Program Managers, ensuring governance standards and departmental alignment with organizational objectives.

Acting as a central coordination point between departments and executive leadership, the Lead maintains program visibility, identifies risks, resolves cross-functional roadblocks, and ensures departments achieve their annual goals. Focus areas include program planning, governance design, operational oversight, and strategic alignment—not direct project execution.
