Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive user-centric thinking with a high-craft, systems-oriented approach
- Navigate ambiguity and prioritize for impact across cross-functional teams
- Conduct research and translate findings into clear design directions
- Champion AI-first design, including LLMs and automation
- Evolve and maintain the Alt Design System (approx. 20% of time)
- Design core features across the product (approx. 80% of time)
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- 5+ years in a senior or higher role
- Deep expertise in UI, interaction, visual design, and content
- Mastery of Figma, animation, and UX research methods
- Experience designing AI-powered tools or agent interfaces
- Background in early-stage, design-centric, or deep-tech startups
