Elevate process safety standards as a Process Safety Engineer specializing in HAZOP facilities. Work four days a week on contract with Brunel, focusing on risk assessment and mitigation.
As a Process Safety Engineer with Brunel, you'll lead Hazardous Operations (HAZOP) studies to identify and mitigate safety risks in refining and chemical processing industries. This contract role requires a strong background in process safety with experience in facilitating various PHA methodologies to ensure compliant and safe operations. Your collaboration with engineering and operations teams is crucial for comprehensive risk identification and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead HAZOP studies and PHA methodologies • Facilitate LOPA and SIL studies as needed • Identify Tolerability and ALARP gaps • Document findings and present risk assessments • Conduct plant visits for barrier assurance
