Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Lead, Portfolio and Performance Analytics in our newly established CUO Office team for Continental Europe .

Reporting directly to the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) for Continental Europe, this role offers a unique opportunity to lay the groundwork for a central function that supports portfolio monitoring and sustainable profitability across Sompo’s commercial insurance operations in Continental Europe.

As the CUO Office evolves, this role offers the potential to expand its scope and contributes to the development of a team that will further enhance the organization’s portfolio analytics capabilities.

Location: This position will be based preferably out of our Zurich office, but potential candidates might also sit in our other European office locations in Paris, Milan, Cologne or Munich.
