An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to provide strategic and clinical leadership to a Realistic Medicine Pharmacy Team within NHS Borders.
This role will lead the delivery and development of high‑quality, person‑centred pharmaceutical care, with a strong focus on polypharmacy reviews, care home medication reviews, and medicines management assessments across primary and community care settings.
The Role
As Lead Pharmacist, you will:
Provide clinical and professional leadership to a pharmacy team delivering Realistic Medicine‑led polypharmacy reviews
