Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and compliant monthly payroll processing for employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
- Act as the subject matter expert for payroll, social security, pension funds, taxation and payroll-related legislation.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding documentation.
- Liaise with social security authorities, insurance providers and external stakeholders regarding registrations, declarations and payroll matters.
- Maintain personnel records and electronic personnel files, ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
- Coordinate payroll payments, year‑end activities, audits and statutory reporting.
- Support HR budgeting, reporting and government statistics.
