Lead Pastry Chef – Premium French Pastries & Artisan Breads

We are seeking a Senior Pastry Chef for a premium artisan café and bakery in Al Ain, UAE. You will lead pastry production, crafting French pastries, artisan breads, viennoiserie and desserts while maintaining top quality and consistency across all products.

The role requires minimum five years of professional pastry experience, strong leadership to train junior staff, and strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, inventory control and cost management in a high‑volume operation.
