Job Description
Shape the future of mining with IAMGOLD as a Continuous Improvement Lead at the Côté Gold Mine. Drive performance, enhance operational governance, and lead transformational initiatives.
In this impactful role, you will report to the Manager of Operational Excellence and be responsible for advancing our Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies across the PMO. You will coach teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure the alignment of initiatives with company objectives. This role requires a 7/7 rotation at our innovative Côté Gold site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve the framework for the OE PMO
• Balance and prioritize OE initiatives based on site goals
• Regularly chair portfolio reviews for transparency
• Lead value delivery through CI events
• Coach staff on Lean practices and engagement strategies
