Lead Oncology Pharmacist – Clinical Leadership

NHS is seeking an experienced Oncology Lead Pharmacist for the Cancer Services Pharmacy team at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. You will take senior responsibility for oncology tumour sites, providing expert clinical, governance, and leadership input to support effective cancer care.

Key duties include leading pharmacy services, optimising treatment pathways, and contributing to governance and service improvement. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Pharmacy, be a registered member of GPhC, and have substantial hospital pharmacy experience.
