Lead Nurse Manager: Patient Care & Team Leadership

Indus Hospital seeks a Head Nurse to plan, organize, implement and evaluate nursing care across the department. You will support the Manager/Deputy Manager and lead audits, patient safety initiatives and quality improvement efforts within the nursing team.

Qualifications include BScN/Post RN with 6+ years or MScN with 3+ years in relevant roles, plus strong coordination of staff, infection control and clinical operations in a hospital setting.
