At Wells Fargo, we’re redefining enterprise networking for scale, resilience, and automation—and we’re looking for a Lead Network Engineer who wants to build what’s next, not just maintain what exists.

**This is not a traditional network engineering role—and not a pure DevOps position.** We’re looking for engineers who **understand network protocols deeply and write code to automate infrastructure** —people who are as comfortable with BGP and OSPF as they are with Python, APIs, and infrastructure as code. This role is built for those who don’t just configure networks, but **automate and evolve them at scale** . If your experience is limited to networking without automation, or DevOps work without hands-on network protocol depth, this role will not be the right fit.
