Summary Serves as the Lead Medical Support Assistant at the VA Northern California Health Care System, Benefits and Data Management Service. Incumbent is responsible daily workload assessments, assigning work, and assuring proper staffing coverage; evaluating training records; and determining training needs of MSAs to provide support across interdisciplinary settings.
