Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to take ownership of the design, build, and deployment of cold-hardened hardware systems — from field-ready energy platforms to autonomous surface and sub-surface technologies.
You will work from first principles to engineer robust, real-world solutions that operate in environments where failure is not an option. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive full product development, push the boundaries of materials and mechanical design, and take systems from workshop prototype through to deployment in extreme field conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ industry experience developing hardware for extreme or demanding environments
- Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline, with a strong portfolio of high-fidelity hardware development
