As Lead, Marketing & Business Growth, you will front the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and drive demand generation for SaaS and insurance solutions. You will design and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, generate qualified leads and translate campaigns into measurable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Brand Positioning & GTM Strategy

• Differentiate the brand across the regional InsurTech and financial services ecosystem.
• Own regional GTM strategies that elevate brand equity and establish industry thought leaderships
• Design hyper-targeted campaigns using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to accelerate high-value enterprise pipelines.
• Optimize the MarTech stack and CRM to track, measure and prove marketing ROI.
