Lead LIMs & Property Information Team

Hamilton City Council is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Land Information Memorandum (LIM) to drive the LIMs and Property Files service with a focus on timeliness, accuracy and compliance.

You will lead a small team, manage risk and quality, ensure legislative obligations (LGOIMA) are met, and collaborate across council to improve information delivery for informed property decisions. This is a leadership role with real impact.
